Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings and services offered by The Peru Table, a trade name of Pelloso Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), through theperutable.com, WhatsApp and our booking partners. By booking a tour you agree to them.

The experience

• Tours are small-group culinary walking experiences in Lima, Peru, limited to a maximum of 6 guests per departure (private tours by arrangement).
• Prices are per person in US dollars, include all listed tastings and hosting, and are confirmed at checkout. Personal extras (additional drinks, transport to the meeting point) are not included unless stated.
• Menus depend on markets and partner kitchens; specific dishes may vary while keeping the announced number and spirit of tastings.

Booking & payment

• A booking is confirmed when payment is completed through our payment processor (Stripe) and you receive a confirmation message.
• Please tell us about dietary restrictions or allergies at booking. We adapt tastings where possible, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation in third-party kitchens and markets.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age, and is always optional.

Cancellations & changes

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time — full refund, no questions asked.
• Inside 48 hours, you may reschedule once for free subject to availability; no-shows and cancellations inside 48 hours are not refundable.
• If we cancel (weather, safety, minimum viability or force majeure), you choose: full refund or priority rebooking.

Your responsibilities

Tours involve walking on city streets and consuming food and drink. You join at your own discretion, are responsible for informing us of health conditions relevant to the experience, and must follow the host's safety guidance. We may decline participation (with refund) to anyone whose condition or behaviour puts the group at risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed flights, other reservations) or for services provided by independent venues we visit.

Intellectual property

Route designs, texts, photos and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
